A well maintained Pre-Samick/Pre-Gibson Valley Arts Custom Pro has a value of $3500 for 4-Bolt Neck and over $5000 for the Interlock Neck System (only 28 made and 14 accounted for). Can you get the serial number? I am friends with Martin Miranda - master luthier of the original Valley Arts guitar shop in North Hollywood. Valley Arts (VA) were a boutique guitar brand from the 1980’s. The original shop was located on Ventura Boulevard and burnt down in 1990. It continued to function for 2 more years but was eventually sold to Samick.

Hello and welcome. This is the website dedicated to Valley Arts Guitars built before the company was sold to Samick. This site is dedicated to Valley Arts Guitars built prior to 1993, when the company was sold. So on this site, the guitars we are referring to were built during that era. We feel there is/was a special magic to the original Valley Arts guitars, as they have turned into collectors items. We are not claiming guitars built later are inferior, but simply have a preference for vintage Valley Arts built prior to the company being sold completely to Samick in 1993 and the trademark being sold to Gibson most recently.

Used Valley Arts Custom Pro T-Series electric guitar in excellent condition for sale. I'm 95% certain that this is a Gibson era Valley Arts guitar. The serial number is VA 03282. If I'm wrong please send me a message letting me know. This guitar is really good.

It was just set up and restrung and plays like a dream. There is a little pitting on the first few frets, but it is not bad and does not affect the playability.

The pitting would not show up in photos. We described the finish as 'Fireburst', but I don't really know what Valley Arts called it. Fireburst was used because it is an available finish that most closely resembles this guitar. I would have called it Cherry Burst had I not referenced Valley Arts options.

The guitar is in really great shape. There are some pick scratches on the pickguard and the gold hardware shows typical, but minor, pitting (these are shown in the photos). Case not included.
