I've just purchased a Belkin F5D7132UK Wireless G Universal Range Extender to try and fix a wireless dead spot in my bedroom. In order to configure it I need to get to its configuration page which is at 192.168.2.254. However I can't seem to do this. Ceiling fan model 5745 manual muscle.

I've plugged the Belkin box into my wireless router using the supplied CAT-5 cable. However the IP address of the wireless router is 192.168.1.254, the IP address of my desktop (running Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron) is 192.168.1.64.

Please can anyone tell me how I can make the desktop at 192.168.1.64 'see' the Belkin box at 192.168.2.254 if they are both plugged into the wireless router (O2 Wireless Router II) at 192.168.1.254?
