There are no Windows 7 drivers for your PC on the Lexmark site. Try downloading the appropriate Vista drivers from here: and installing them. If that doesn't work, use the same drivers as above but in compatibility mode - see: for method. In all cases, do not connect your printer to your PC until after the drivers have been installed.
