We are performing a POC and are running into an issue where get message when logging onto the iGEL terminal ' unable to connect to your desktop'. We know the IMprivata appliance is registering the logon attempt (time and date stamps match up) but it seems like the iGEL device simply authenticate all the way through to Citrix application launch. Details The iGEL Linux device (running IGEL UD Pocket) is running a Imprivata ProveID 5.4 SP1 embedded agent. This agent is configured to point to the Storefront URL server location. Its worth noting that our XenApp servers ( Windows 2008 R2) currently running Imprivata OneSign 5.1 agent but apparently there are no know compatibility issues between this version and the Embedded version on the clients. As you can see in the screenshot the client gets as far as the Imprviata front end but then fails to pass though to Storefront (or reconnect to existing Citrix sessions) Any help would be much appreciated NOTE - I have also logged a tik to IGEL but thought to ask on this forum since it is a mixture of technologies but which ultimately hang off the CITRIX backend.
